A 60-minute form and mobility assessment that is a comprehensive evaluation designed to identify movement patterns, postural imbalances, and joint limitations that may affect performance or increase injury risk.
1 month of sessions @ 1x per week ($75/session).
1 month of sessions @ 2x per week ($75/session).
1 month of sessions @ 3x per week ($75/session).
Includes 8 In-Person sessions @ 1x per week plus nutrition coaching ($65/session).
Includes 2 In-Person sessions twice a week plus nutrition coaching ($70/session).
